I do my best to represent the true colors of all my art through photographs and videos, however, slight differences may be present in the actual piece depending on the lighting. Please reach out to me if you would like additional photos or videos of any piece prior to purchase.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please note that Cynthia Martin retains all rights to all artwork she creates, even those of sold and commissioned original paintings.
Cynthia retains the right to make reproductions of any and all artwork she creates unless the collector has purchased the full or partial rights to the artwork (in addition to purchasing the original).
The collector or buyer may not reproduce the artwork in any way without written permission. If the artwork is reproduced in a magazine or other media, Cynthia asks for credit.
